Gatofoam Exterior (USA-made)

ULTRA WHITE DP (USA-made)

Designed for use with UV-curable flatbed printers, Ultra White DP has a bright white, poly-coated paper surface to block moisture and make the panel durable and warp-resistant. It can be easily cut by hand, saw or with razor cutters, as well as on most digital cutting systems using the vibe knife option.

Although lightweight, Sintra Expanded PVC plastic board is also durable. Its closed-cell structure inhibits moisture absorption, with thicker gauges suitable for outdoor usage. Sintra Material is available in a wide range of thicknesses, from 1mm to 13mm, and various sheet sizes.

Select from a rainbow of colors. Sintra Material is homogeneous throughout - color and cell density are evenly distributed. The material also can be painted, as well as screen printed, and vinyl graphics can be applied. Sintra Material fabricates easily without special tools. It can be heat formed and laminated to other materials.

DIGITAL WHITE PVC

Brighter white and ultra smooth, AD Digital White PVC is specially developed for superb output quality with direct-to-substrate digital printing. It’s lightweight, with a consistent surface quality that makes it an ideal choice for signs, point-of-purchase displays, and other display applications.

The material is lead-free, and can be painted as well as screen printed, and vinyl graphics can be applied. AD Digital White PVC fabricates easily without special tools.

ECOFOAM EXPANDED PVC

ECOFOAM PVC looks and feels like Sintra and other standard PVC’s, but is made of 70% recycled content and Fire-rated UL-94VO. As a “green” alternative, ECOFoam is a surprisingly economical option for a variety of projects calling for expanded PVC. It can be mounted, direct-digital printed, screenprinted, die-cut and routered.

ECOFoam Black/White DigiPrint is 80% recycled and features a Black PVC base with a thin, opaque White facer that makes it an excellent surface for direct-digital printing.

ULTRA BOARD (USA-made)

Ideal for UV-curable printers, Ultra Board consists of a rigid polystyrene foam, with smooth, high-impact polystyrene facers. It can be screen printed directly without needing a primer or precoat. The polystyrene facers of Ultra Board are a special bright white matte finish that holds flat or gloss colors beautifully. And since it's rugged polystyrene, it can be used outdoors, too, when protected with a UV coating.

Ultra Board takes vinyl lettering easily, and it can be removed or repositioned without damaging the surface.

ULTRA PLUS (USA-made)

Ultra Plus is made of high-quality extruded polystyrene foam between two layers of 1mm expanded PVC liner. It is extremely dent-resistant, warp-resistant, weatherproof and rigid. Ultra Plus is the most durable foam board product anywhere, easily replacing wood and aluminum in the construction of outdoor signs. It has the same qualities and versatility as expanded PVC panels, but is lighter and less expensive.

You can treat and cut Ultra Plus just like wood — use a circular saw, router, band saw or scroll saw. Anchor it with adhesives or with screws and washers. Ultra Plus will not rot and is not degraded by direct sunlight, wind or moisture.

Ultra Plus is a lightweight, less expensive alternative to metal signs and letters. It delivers the same appeal as metal, but in a durable foam-centered product. It can be sawed or routed, and the anodized aluminum surface will not rust, fade, or tarnish.

AlumPanel Aluminum Composite

Very similar to Dibond, AlumPanel offers a lower cost option. It is suitable to mount graphics. direct print on either digital UV-curable printers or traditional screen printers. AlumPanel can be saw cut, routed or punched, but is best suited for flat sheet applications only.

DIBOND ALUMINUM COMPOSITE (USA-made)

Dibond is a 3mm lightweight aluminum composite panel with excellent product properties for indoor and outdoor applications. The front and reverse side are stove-lacquered with white and colored surfaces. Dibond is intended for such applications as signage, large format digital printing, screen printing, exhibit/display, point-of-purchase displays, metal awnings, direct inkjet printing as well as OEM industrial applications.

The sheets are pre-painted with a polyester paint finish applied to both sides of the sheet, and accept paint, screen printing inks, vinyl and large format digital printing to create graphics.
