Customer Service To place an order, or for questions concerning a current order, a future order or general information, please contact our sales office at (626) 359-0778. Our office hours are 8:00AM to 5:00PM PST. Samples Advantage Distribution will provide samples free of charge, with shipping charges billed to the customers' account. We reserve the right to charge for excessive or production-sized sample requests. Shipping All orders are shipped from the Advantage Distribution warehouse and all freight charges are added to the invoice amount. The buying party assumes all responsibility for filing claims on orders damaged during shipping. Most orders placed for local shipment will be delivered in Advantage Distribution vehicles. Outside of the delivery area, orders will ship via UPS or the freight carrier of the customer's choice. Express shipping services are available and must be requested at the time the order is placed. Terms Payment terms may be extended at NET 30 days pending credit approval. To establish terms, please supply one bank reference and four trade references. The time required for processing depends on the time it takes the credit references to respond. Orders can also be placed on an advance payment basis or by COD. Advantage Distribution accepts Mastercard and Visa. Returns No return of product will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number provided by one of our representatives. Custom cut, manufactured and packaged items cannot be returned. Returns on order of stock items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return freight charges to the Advantage Distribution warehouse. Claims All orders should be inspected as they are received for shortage or damage. Notification of any material shortage, damaged or faulty product must be faxed to the Advantage Distribution Sales Office within 10 days of invoice date of that order. It is the responsibility of the purchasing party to file claims for any order that is deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Credit will only be issued for faulty material that is returned. No credit can be given for any missing material. Minimum Orders Advantage Distribution does not generally require a minimum order for Will Calls on stock materials. Any order under $100 may require payment in advance and will be subject to a delivery charge Catalog Note Despite our efforts to maintain consistency in our products, the items in this catalog may be subject to slight variations. |
